Car Curtain product or service names or logos referenced in the Site are either trademarks or registered trademarks of DNI Corp. The absence of a product or service name or logo from this list does not constitute a waiver of DNI Corp.'s trademark or other intellectual property rights concerning that name or logo.

All other products and company names mentioned in the Site might be trademarks of their respective owners.

Feedback and Information:
Any Feedback you provide at this Site shall be deemed to be non-confidential. "Feedback" includes, but is not limited to, comments, postcards, emails, suggestions, ideas, and other submissions disclosed, submitted or offered to Car Curtain on or by this Site or otherwise disclosed, submitted or offered in connection with your use of this Site. It is understood that the warranty provided does not cover repair for damage or malfunction caused by: (1) abuse, misuse or neglect of the purchased product(s); (2) failure to follow the installation and/or operation instructions provided.

Limitation of Liability: The essential purpose of this provision is to limit DNI Corp.'s (SELLER) liability hereunder.

Under no circumstances will seller, its employees, officers or directors, agents, successors or assigns be liable to anyone under any product order, terms and conditions herein under any contract, strict liability, tort (including negligence) or other legal or equitable theory, whether or not foreseeable or foreseen, for: Any special, incidental, exemplary, indirect or direct consequential damages, including without limitation lost profits, litigation costs, production or profit, goodwill, loss of revenue, or loss of property regardless of whether seller has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Seller shall not be liable for and buyer agrees to indemnify, defend and hold seller harmless from any claims of bodily injury, loss of life, or damage to property due to the improper installation or use of the seller's product(s).

Installers and Dealers:
Authorized (or otherwise) Installers and Dealers of Car Curtain are independent contractors and are solely responsible for their own licensing, bonding, insurance, equipment, rates, monies, schedules and quality of service and workmanship. Car Curtain may provide a list of Installers and/or Dealers simply as an optional reference source for consideration by consumers. Car Curtain does not verify the business standing of the independent contractors with regard to their licensing, insurance, bonding, workmanship, etc. As with any contractual work, Car Curtain encourages consumers to check local references, the Better Business Bureau and the contractor's licensing/insurance/bonding before entering into an agreement.

When purchasing a Car Curtain product(s) from an Installer or Dealer the customer is engaging in that transaction directly, solely and willingly with that Installer or Dealer, independent of DNI Corp. / Car Curtain International. The hiring of an Installer or Dealer for installation of a Car Curtain product(s) is done at the sole discretion of the consumer and is done so as a direct relationship between the consumer and the contractor, independent of DNI Corp. DNI Corp. is not and shall not be liable in any way for damage, theft, loss-of-use, quality of service or workmanship resulting from the consumer's choice of contractors. Any conditions, warranties and/or guarantees, expressed or implied, by an Installer or Dealer are independent of DNI Corp. and made solely by the contractor with the consumer.

Miscellaneous:
Unless otherwise specified, this Site and the Materials contained in the Site are displayed solely for the purpose of promoting DNI Corp. / Car Curtain products.

DNI Corp. / Car Curtain International controls this Site from its offices in Nashville , TN. These rules shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee , without regard to any conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under these rules shall be resolved exclusively by the state and federal courts of the State of Tennessee .
